Operation and installation methods of several pneumatic control valves

Before the equipment, the pneumatic regulating valve needs to carefully remove the welding slag and other debris in the pipeline; after the equipment, the valve core should be opened at a large degree, and the pipeline and the regulating valve should be cleaned again to prevent the debris from jamming and harm Save pieces. Special attention should be paid to the following points when the equipment is regulating the valve: the regulating valve should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline, such as when water is required for steeply inclined equipment under special circumstances, it is generally necessary to add support.

The nominal diameter of the selected regulating valve is not the same as the process pipe diameter, so a reducer should be installed for connection. The equipment site should have good environmental conditions, and the ambient temperature should be -25~55℃. Try to prevent the equipment from vibration sources, otherwise, take necessary anti-vibration reinforcement measures.

When equipment, it is necessary to make the arrow direction on the valve body or flange point to the direction of the medium. Before the equipment, it is necessary to carefully remove the welding slag and other debris in the pipeline; after the equipment, the valve core should be opened at a large opening, and the pipeline and the conditioning valve should be cleaned again to prevent the debris from jamming and harming the saving parts.

In order to ensure that the failure of the conditioning valve and the conditioning system will not affect production and cause safety accidents, equipment bypasses and bypass valves are generally required. Before and after the conditioning valve, a shut-off valve is required. For high temperature, high pressure, frosty, and viscous media, a pilot valve is also required. The bypass valve cannot be installed directly above the conditioning valve to prevent the corrosive medium in the bypass valve from leaking to the conditioning valve.
