Grind. The valve core and the valve seat constitute a leakage after the operation time, and the cylinder piston and the cylinder block will also constitute an internal leakage. At this time, the grinding should be interrupted. It can be interrupted by manual grinding, mechanical grinding, coating treatment, and inserting. The emery grain size used for grinding should be suitable, and the grinding force should be uniform and suitable. After grinding, it should be polished intermittently to meet the required brightness and degree requirements, to meet the requirements of the valve core and the valve seat, and intermittent sealing inspection is required after the final assembly.
Stuffing box conversion. The same type of stuffing box should be used when the stuffing box is transformed, and the stuffing should be taken out carefully when transforming, and the stuffing should be removed correctly to avoid damage to the valve stem. The equipment of the new stuffing box should be in accordance with the requirements of the clarification book. The blocking should be misaligned to avoid scratches on the packing caused by the thread of the valve stem. The packing pressure should be uniform and appropriate to avoid stress and increase friction.
Conversion of transmission components. The transmission components in the dispatch valve and accessories assume that local wear can interrupt the conversion and correction of the components. After conversion and correction, ensure that the transmission is flexible and the transmission gap is as small as possible.
Cleaning of pneumatic amplifier. When the saving hole of the pneumatic amplifier is blocked by the dirt in the compressed air, the saving hole should be cleaned intermittently, and appropriate steel wire intermittent dredging and cleaning can be selected. When reinstalling, the amplifier diaphragm should be evenly stressed to avoid blockage or leakage. The amplifier gain can be adjusted through the scheduled compression force to avoid resonance.
