How do I commission an electric actuator?

Many people bought the electric actuator and installed it, but it will not be debugged. Only when the actuator is debugged according to its own needs can it run for a long time. This article introduces the three main points of electric actuator debugging.

I. Servo amplifier debugging

The specific debugging steps are: Turn on the servo amplifier power and disconnect the feedback line to make the servo amplifier into a state without external signals. After that, we can adjust the zero level potentiometer to make the output of the previous stage 0 and connect the DC signal to any input channel. (5240μA) At this time, if the output voltage is about 0.3 to 0.5V, the servo amplifier can work normally.

Second, the position feedback current debugging

The specific debugging steps are: unplug the power of the actuator-open the cover of the position transmitter-connect the ammeter to the feedback terminal, then we adjust the starting position of the motor to "manual", and then adjust the handle to the zero position to observe the ammeter (Milliamp meter) instructions (should be 4 milliamps, if it is not the potentiometer on the adjustable feedback version), the position feedback current debugging of the electric actuator is more tedious, and you can find a professional debugger to operate to avoid debugging errors .

Adjustments in the event of a shock

Under normal circumstances, after the electric actuator is started (no signal interference), its output shaft should stop at zero position, but if the actuator oscillates, it means that the sensitivity of the servo amplifier is too high (need to be adjusted a little). If we are adjusting After the servo amplifier is still unable to solve the situation of the actuator vibration, you should contact the manufacturer in time to deal with it.
