If the electric actuator is often used, then it may be damaged due to the increase in temperature. At this time, we need to add lubricant every other week or month. Instead of the electric actuator that often runs, because the temperature will not rise, the interval between adding oil can be longer. We use lubricants such as oil, butter and graphite. But when the electric actuator is in a high temperature state, two kinds of lubricants, such as butter and motor oil, cannot be used because their lower melting points will be melted by the high temperature of the electric actuator, resulting in minimal lubrication effect. At this time, we will use graphite powder. For the parts exposed to the environment, if you choose butter or oil, it will easily cause dust, so it is also appropriate to use graphite powder.
It is very important to ensure the cleanliness of the outer layer of the electric actuator and the frequently working module, so as to protect the paint on the electric actuator from abrasion during operation and lead to paint incompleteness. This is very important. The dust accumulated on the electric actuator must be gently wiped off with a brush. Compressed air can also be used to blow away the dust. The trapezoidal threads and gears must be gently wiped with a rag. The contaminated oil must be purged with steam. Until the processed surface emits a bright metallic color and the painted surface shows the true color of the paint. The drain pump valve should be managed by someone. Every shift should be inspected at least once. The flush pump valve and the plug of the drain pump valve should be opened at regular intervals to flush, to prevent the electric actuator from being blocked by foreign objects.
