Electric actuator, which is a drive device that can show linear or rotary fitness exercises. It uses a certain driver kinetic energy and works under a certain manipulated data signal.
Things to watch out for when installing electric actuators:
1. This product is non-combustible. Prevents the risk of natural gas environment during the whole installation process.
2. This product can be installed indoors or outdoors, but it should be protected from precipitation, liquid and sun.
3. Before installing the electric actuator, please clean the pipeline and install a filtering device and a drain valve on the channel side of the gate valve to remove residue such as grit, rust and stains.
4. Preferably installed vertically. It can also be installed from all angles of view, but the position of the cable socket should be higher than that of the cable or wire sleeve to prevent water from being injected into the electric actuator along the cable or wire sleeve.
5. Of course, the connection between the flange of the oil circuit board and the pipeline should maintain coaxial output to prevent shear stress, and the connecting anchor bolts are symmetrically locked.
6. The indoor space used for installation, wiring, manual operation and disassembly maintenance should be saved.
7. In critical situations, if common faults or maintenance occur, you must add a dual-circuit power supply pipeline and switch to manual operation.
8. Oil circuit boards and pipelines must be insulated, especially when used in high temperature materials. Otherwise, because of the high working temperature, it will endanger the normal operation of the electric actuator. Electric actuators cannot be insulated.
9. The organization of the electric actuator must not penetrate into the water, and the wiring must conform to the construction process on the spot.
10. Before powering on, please check the working voltage of the switching power supply required by the electric actuator to prevent damage to the motor. During maintenance, be sure to turn off the power.
